Teacher Certification Project (TCP website)
The Teacher Certification Project (TCP), a partnership ebtween Georgia Public Broadcasting's Education Services Division, The Learning House, and Armstrong Atlantic State University, is a distance learning teacher preparation program in interrelated special education. The TCP initiative offers a unique approach to distance learning through integration of video, audio, CD-Rom, and internet-based technologies.
